Belle Delphine is a 19-year-old British YouTuber

Belle Delphine, real name Mary-BelleKirschner, is a British YouTuber. She was born on23rd October 1999 and is 19-years-old.

She specialises in Cosplay and currently has three videos on her YouTube channel. These are: A makeup tutorial from three years ago, a kawaii room tour from a year ago and a “meet my best friend” video where her best friend is an actual dead octopus.

The videos have 3.8million, 4.9million and 5.4million views respectively and she has 624k subscribers.

On Instagram she has 144k followers. She used to have nearly 5million Instagram followers, but more on that later.

She is famous for selling her own bath water, yeah really

The last time Belle Delphine was in the news was after she allegedly began selling jars of her own bath water for $30 (£24). She even created a weird advert to promote it all.She claimed the water was bottled whilst she was “playing in the bath” and every single jar genuinely contained her used bath water.

She added: “Disclaimer: This water is not for drinking and should only be used for sentimental purposes.” In case you needed that clarification.

Belle Delphine took a break from social media over summer after Instagram removed her account

Belle Delphine’s Instagram was taken down in early August after some users reportedly flagged itfor nudity and p*rnographic content. She had around 4.5 million followers before her account was taken down.

She claimed it was all a “technical issue” and commented on it whilst she was on holiday. She said: “As soon as I planned to go away my Instagram was removed, I am in contact with Instagram at the moment and it appears to be a technical issue which they are working on!”

Her Instagram posts are famously risqué and NSFW.

But now she’s back and claiming she’s been arrested

The news of Belle Delphine’s apparent arresthas gone viral. Rumours she has been arrested by British authorities are circulating Twitter.

It all started on October 4th, when an episode of theH3 Podcast was released,titled: “Belle Delphine Arrested By British Authorities”. The host, Ethan Klein, discusses Delphine’s disappearance from social media and goes on to speculate that the reason she has gone off the radar is because she’s in trouble with police.

Then, on October 7th, Belle Delphine seemed to confirm the news. She tweeted “I got arrested lol” followed by what looks like a mugshot. The watermark on the picture says it has come from the Metropolitan Police.

In a follow up tweet, she told the story of why she was apparently arrested. She said: “I stg this girl came to my party and stole my hamster. I have no idea why, or who tf does that? I spray painted the fucc out of her car and got arrested, at least I got my hamster back. bitch”.

The Metropolitan Police said the claim couldn’t be verified.

And now the whole drama has turned into a meme

The original photo of her mugshot has had 21k retweets and 157k likes on Twitter. The drama of her apparent arrest has become a huge meme.
