My daughter and I have been going to this burn location since last July and it has changed our lives. The trainers are amazing, every workout is different, and the family feeling within these walls is unmatched. The trainers not only give you the confidence to push yourself but also the encouragement to keep going. We feel stronger every single week. Highly recommend giving it a chance! I’ve been going to Burn Boot Camp in Washington Township, NJ since they had their first free outdoor camp in June 2023 before officially opening their doors and man did I quickly fall in love! It’s not just about the amazing 45 minute butt kicking workouts but it’s about the community, the environment, and the motivation you get by walking through those doors. I have made so many new lifelong friends!! I fully look forward to this me time without any mom guilt whatsoever. The staff at the child watch help me feel at ease leaving my kids in their hands so I can fully enjoy my workout - says a lot when my daughter has been coming since she was 3 months old. Definitely recommend checking it out! Trust me, after the free week trial, you’ll fall in love and you’ll never want to leave!

I have been going to Burn Boot Camp, Washington Twp since before they opened and had their free outdoor camps in the summer 2023! Since then, I have become a founding member and have attended camps 5-6x per week. Burn Boot Camp is an incredible community filled with amazing instructors and staff members. The franchise partners are welcoming and supportive of all the members. During the 6+ months I have been there, I have lost 35+ pounds and become healthier and stronger than I have ever been. I’ve been a member of Burn Boot Camp in Washington Township since November 2023. I won’t lie - the first few classes were intimidating & a bit overwhelming especially when you are easily distracted like me.. look there’s a butterfly… BUT the trainers are there every step of the way. They encourage you when you feel like you can’t give anymore, they correct you if your form is wrong and they challenge you. There are always modifications and they don’t make you feel less than when & if you need an exercise modified. Every class is different so it’s hard to get bored. I’ve seen my body transform in ways I didn’t know was possible especially after having a baby. Which brings me to my next point - the childcare is amazing! My girl was 3 months old when we started going. It was actually the first time I ever left her with anyone! Since we have started, we try to go 4-5 days a week. Both of us look forward to our 45 minutes of fun. It’s great for me to have 45 minutes to myself and it’s great for our daughter to interact with others. She is always so happy at childcare and she falls asleep 5 minutes later… WINNING! I am so glad I am part of the Burn family.Two claps 👏 👏

Our Workout
A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
Dynamic Warm Up
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Workout
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
Finisher
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
