Highbar - Providence is located near Wayland Square and next to Whole Foods on Seekonk Street in Providence. This clinic features large windows that provide natural light for an open floor plan and three private treatment rooms. With the spacious layout, there is lots of equipment to accommodate all patients on their journey to becoming the happiest, healthiest version of themselves. Not only are clinicians certified in dry needling, but this clinic also offers running analysis and blood flow restriction training. Dr. Rob Gruttadauria PT, DPT, OCS has been the Clinic Director in Providence since 2016. He is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, and running. His passion is to help his patients reach their goals, improve their quality of life, and reach new heights in their wellness journeys. He holds certifications in both Level 1 and 2 of trigger point dry needling and is one of the lead instructors for Highbar's Dry Needling Certification program. He is also able to do running analysis and blood flow restriction training. In his free time, Rob enjoys cooking, running, weightlifting, and cheering on New England sports teams.

After injuring herself in high school, Kelsey became interested in learning more about physical therapy, and when she learned what athletic trainers do, she knew it was the job for her!

Kelsey hopes that through her work, she can educate the community on the role of athletic training and show everyone the importance of having an athletic trainer on hand. She is always encouraging her patients to keep a positive mindset and not get discouraged when they must take time off the field to heal.

When Kelsey’s not at the clinic or on the field, you can find her at the gym. Kelsey started dancing when she was 3 years old and took that passion all over the country to compete and attend different workshops. After retiring from dance after college, Kelsey continues to stay active by going for bike rides. When she’s not at the gym she loves spending time with family, friends, and her dog.
