The Jelly Bean Factory's Sweet SurpriseThe joyful candy powerhouse from Ireland is finally landing in Israel via the Lyman Shleisel company and isn’t holding back on temptations.

Founded in 1998 in Dublin, The Jelly Bean Factory has undergone a few small changes over the years without shaking its guiding principle: sweet fun, and as many candies as possible. 14 million a day, to be exact.

It comes in cups, tubes, and boxes, offering all 36 flavors—from bubblegum to banana split, piña colada to marshmallow, watermelon to sour lemon—distinctly recognizable, proudly avoiding palm oil and gelatin, and mainly providing an excellent childhood experience, also for adults, of course.

Secret Flavor from FantaThe energetic beverage brand from Coca-Cola returns with its annual WTF tradition—What The Fanta, of course.

The secret flavor—something between a candy store and a tropical fruit stand, as much as our taste buds could decipher—is created under a similar international campaign, inviting guesses and enticing big prizes, all leading to a reveal at the end of the month. Until then, feel free to guess here.

Summer Pack from Taster’s ChoiceRising temperatures and the natural human shift towards cold beverages demanded a seasonal adaptation from the instant coffee brand. And such an adaptation has arrived.

The Summer Pack (limited edition, available in supermarkets) from Taster’s Choice, under the mantra and aspiration to "Shake Up Your Summer," includes an instant coffee jar and a compatible shaker (even dishwasher-safe, a treat), guiding you towards making cold coffee, and also directing you to a cute recipe page (we’ll take the Vietnamese, thank you) that opens up inspirations. Price: NIS 29.90-33.90.

Chai Experience Series from WissotzkyThe local tea giant celebrated Shavuot, and much beyond, with a beautifully designed box that winks blue-and-white to the East.

The box, containing 60 bags from Wissotzky’s Chai Experience series based on black tea and spices, includes flavors of salted caramel, almonds, mocha, vanilla, and a shining star in the form of Masala Chai made from a blend of Indian tea leaves and cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom, and black pepper.

The brew itself is simple—one tea bag, three-quarters cup boiling water, a three-minute wait, then honey, maple, and sugar to taste, and added frothed milk. The result is a treat that seems to speak of cozy warmth but actually manages the most turbulent summer energies. Price: NIS 69.

Danone Multi with Oats from StraussThe popular yogurt brand is expanding refrigerator shelves and adding a new, sweet launch to its already successful series.

Danone Multi, developed with a focus on the elderly and their special nutritional needs, boasts a delicate sweetness and added oats. It joins the white Multi and Chia Multi and highlights similar low-lactose properties, 12.1 grams of protein per cup (200 ml), and a combination of vitamin D, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and iron.

All of these converge into a mild and not overly sweet taste, with a texture that allows for playful morning granola and fruit, for example, but also spoon-eating just as it is.

Klyeat, Queen of the JellyLiat Hatuka’s nutrition brand is expanding shelves and offerings with a sweet launch, literally of course.

Klyeat is the sugar substitute from the Queen of the Jelly, arriving with the claim of “the sweetest on the market today”—300 grams equivalent to 4,200 grams of regular white sugar—therefore encouraging smaller quantities.

The substitute comes in vanilla, honey, strawberry, cream soda, and caramel flavors and indeed represents extreme sweetness that requires much less than a teaspoon in a hot drink, shake, and cold beverages (with good and efficient dissolution) and from there into the baking world, of course. Price: NIS 79 for a 300-gram package.
